2️⃣ Odoo ERP Implementation – Helping SMEs automate and scale their business operations through Odoo ERP customization and support.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive (Intern), you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals for our Hiring and Odoo ERP services and more.

This role is performance-based — you earn attractive commissions on every closed deal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking.
  • Promote our Fresher Hiring Support and Odoo ERP Services.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide solutions.
  • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly targets to unlock higher commission slabs.

Who Can Apply

  • Education: Graduate or pursuing graduation in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
    • Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or ERP systems is an advantage.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Freshers & final-year students are welcome.
