Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive (Intern), you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals for our Hiring and Odoo ERP services and more.
This role is performance-based — you earn attractive commissions on every closed deal.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking.
- Promote our Fresher Hiring Support and Odoo ERP Services.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide solutions.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Achieve monthly targets to unlock higher commission slabs.
Who Can Apply
- Education: Graduate or pursuing graduation in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.

Skills:
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Freshers & final-year students are welcome.
