Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to take complete ownership of a production-grade application being built for a large healthcare project.

This is a hands-on role, not a coordination-only position.

You will design, build, integrate, deploy, and scale the system end to end.

🧩 Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Own the entire application lifecycle
• Take technical decisions
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
• Work closely with IoT, backend, and IT operations teams
• Telugu Communication is Mandatory

This role plays a critical part in project success.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Application Ownership

• Design and develop full-stack applications end to end
• Take responsibility for architecture, code quality, and performance
• Lead implementation decisions and best practices

Backend Development

• Build robust APIs and backend services
• Handle integrations, data flow, and business logic
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability

Frontend Development

• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces
• Work with real-time data and dashboards
• Ensure clean UX for non-technical users

System Integration

• Integrate application with:
  • IoT systems
  • Databases
  • Internal tools and services
• Coordinate with IoT engineers and IT operations

Deployment & Maintenance

• Handle deployments and environment setups
• Support production issues and improvements
• Ensure smooth handover and documentation

🛠 Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on full stack development experience
• Proven experience owning and delivering production applications

Technical Skills

• Strong backend experience (Node.js / Python / similar)
• Frontend experience with modern frameworks
• Next.js experience is highly preferred
• API design and integration
• Database design (SQL / NoSQL)
• Git-based version control

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or enterprise systems
• Familiarity with cloud deployments
• Basic understanding of IoT integrations
