IOT Engineer (HealthCare Project)

We are hiring an IoT Engineer to work on a live healthcare project, responsible for bringing real-world devices to life based on functional and operational requirements.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused, involving device integration, data flow, and system connectivity.

🧩 Role Overview

As an IoT Engineer, you will:

• Design and implement IoT device behavior
• Integrate hardware with backend systems
• Ensure reliable data flow from devices to applications
• Work closely with application, backend, and IT operations teams

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Device & Hardware Integration

• Work with IoT devices, sensors, and gateways
• Configure, test, and integrate devices as per project needs
• Ensure device stability, accuracy, and reliability

Data Flow & Connectivity

• Implement communication between devices and backend systems
• Handle protocols such as MQTT, HTTP, TCP/IP (based on use case)
• Ensure secure and consistent data transmission

System Integration

• Integrate IoT systems with applications and dashboards
• Collaborate with full stack developers and backend teams
• Support real-time and near real-time data processing

Testing & Troubleshooting

• Debug device-level and network-level issues
• Perform field testing and validation
• Optimize performance and reliability

Documentation & Support

• Document device behavior, configurations, and workflows
• Support deployments and future scaling of IoT systems

🛠 Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on IoT or embedded systems experience
• Experience working with real hardware devices

Technical Skills

• IoT protocols (MQTT, HTTP, TCP/IP)
• Device firmware or edge programming
• Basic networking concepts
• Integration with backend systems
• Linux basics (preferred)

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or industrial IoT
• Cloud IoT platforms exposure
• Understanding of security in IoT environments

🗣 Mandatory Requirement

• Telugu communication is mandatory (as per client requirement)

📍 Work Location

• Hyderabad
• On-site work at client location (based on deployment needs)
