We build custom business platforms for insurance, finance, and retail sectors, helping clients automate and scale through intelligent systems and digital transformation.

About the Role:

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer (Contract Basis) to support ongoing and upcoming client projects involving web and mobile app development.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full stack and flexible enough to contribute to website design, development, and basic digital marketing support (SEO setup, website analytics, and ad tracking) in the early stages of projects.

After 6 months, based on performance, project flow, and company growth, this role can be converted into a full-time position.

Adaptability to other development needs (Odoo integrations, API work, or small automation) is preferred.

👉 Freshers are also eligible, provided they have the required technical skills and can showcase end-to-end working projects (via live links, GitHub repositories, or demos).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using React / Next.js / Node.js.
  • Build and manage mobile apps using Flutter (Android).
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and handle backend logic.
  • Design and manage databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
  • Assist in WordPress / Shopify / HTML / custom website development as needed.
  • Collaborate with designers, BDEs, and the digital marketing team to deliver integrated projects.
  • Provide basic digital marketing tech support — SEO metadata setup, tracking code integration (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), and simple optimizations.
  • Handle server setup, deployment, and post-launch support.

Required Skills:

  • Fresher or 6–36 months experience — must have built at least one end-to-end full-stack project (live link / GitHub / demo required).
  • Proficiency in React / Next.js and Node.js.
  • Experience with Flutter mobile app development.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL / MySQL databases.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OTP), and JSON data handling.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress / HTML / CSS / JS for website development.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or Ads integration.
  • Experience with payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree).
  • Exposure to Odoo ERP or other business management systems.
  • Familiarity with AWS / Hostinger VPS / DigitalOcean hosting.
  • Understanding of UI/UX and responsive design.
